Overview

Single-lane machines make you buy floor space to buy output. The MS-Series doesn’t: up to eighteen servo-driven lanes run side by side in one frame, each forming, filling, sealing, and cutting its own stick at 40 to 80 cuts a minute, every lane, every shift.

Each lane is fed by the metering system your product needs: ceramic pump, screw, cup, or counter, and the servos hold registration through every change of dose, cut, and film width. Nitrogen flush keeps residual oxygen under 2%, audit trails and batch data come standard, and when output is the number your line lives on, you add lanes, not machines.

Sticks run 15 to 70 mm wide and 60 to 180 mm long, back-seal or three-side seal, with straight, zig-zag, round-corner, or die-cut ends. We run sample packs on your own film before the machine ships.
