Overview

The DB-Series rotary machines fill pre-made stand-up and zippered pouches across four frame sizes — from the compact DB-200 up to the large-format DB-600 — so you can match throughput and pouch size to your product instead of forcing a fit.

Every model runs a compact single-frame pick, fill, and seal cycle with no-bag-no-fill protection to prevent product loss, tool-free size changeovers, and an SS304 frame and product-contact build. An intuitive 7-inch Omron touchscreen and open-access Panasonic PLC keep operation simple and easy to service.
