Teamster

Two Independent Lanes - Two Products, One Footprint

Up to 260 Bags per minute
Teamster

Overview

Most dual-lane baggers are one machine taught to do the same job twice — two tubes fed from the same settings, running the same bag, at the same speed. The Teamster was engineered from the ground up as two independent lanes that happen to share a frame: two different products, two different bag sizes, two different speeds, running at the same time, out of one footprint and one operator’s attention. Run them in harness for up to 260 bags a minute of a single SKU, or split them and cover two orders at once.

That independence is the whole design, not an option bolted on afterward. Each lane carries its own full servo cross seal with twin pull belts and a clap sealing configuration, so seals stay clean at rate instead of degrading as you push the cycle up. A film runout sensor flags a roll change before it turns into a stoppage, the 10 in. color touchscreen holds both lanes’ settings in one place, and a TTO printer drops straight onto the adapter plate when you need date and lot coding.

The result is a price-to-performance number that genuinely surprises people: the output and flexibility of two machines, the floor space and labor of one, in heavy-duty aluminum and stainless steel built to hold registration shift after shift. Designed, assembled, and supported by our team in American Fork, Utah.
